Overview: 

• Join for FREE! 
• Cruisebid gives you FREE immediate access to thousands of quote requests each month on all leading industry cruise lines, however not all agencies will qualify to bid on certain types of requests. 
• Requests include all the information you need to quote potential customers your best pricing and perks. 
• The Cruisebid format gives you the ability to quote a large number of customers very quicky. 
• Quote as many times as you like. There is NO CHARGE to quote! 
• Quote on your schedule. Quote daily or when sales are slow or even while you’re waiting on hold. 
• You will have the ability to quote on specific cruise lines. If you have groups, consortium offers or special rates from a cruise line, our filters will make it easy to choose the lines you want to sell. This feature will certainly come in handy if you need a few sales to make annual overrides. 
• Agencies may enroll as many Agents as you like. Remember, there is NO CHARGE to quote. 
• Customers will be able to compare your offer with other agents offers and decide who they want to book through. They will contact the winning agent directly via e-mail or phone. 
• You will book cruises the same way as usual. We are not a booking portal, we simply connect customers to agents. 
• Report your Cruisebid bookings to us so we can close the booked request. 
• Report any cancellations or price changes and only pay based on actual bookings after the ship has sailed. 

What does Cruisebid get out of this? 

You pay 2% of the gross commissionable amount of each booking you make. On the 15th of the month Cruisebid will charge the amount due for cruises that departed from the 1st thru the 14th of that month to the credit card you have placed on file. On the 1st of the month Cruisebid will charge the amount due for cruises that departed from the 15th thru the 31st of the previous month to the credit card you have placed on tile. 

Example: Total cruise cost is $1,500 and port charges, taxes, and NCF's are $500. So $1,500 (total) - $500 (non-commissionable) = $1,000 (commissionable cruise fare) 2% * $1,000 = $20 (due to Cruisebid). So if you booked the above cruise today for next March 15th, you would enter that booking into the system. Between now and March 15th, you can make changes and or cancel the booking. If nothing changes, on April 1st, we will charge you $20 for that booking. 

Agency Requirements: 

• Agencies agree to provide a valid credit card to be kept on file and charged on either the 1st or 15th of the month based upon the bookings entered into Cruisebid. 
• Agencies agree to enter bookings immediately upon receiving a deposit from the client.
